I now have an edition of four 4x5 bodies ready to be finished into cameras. they will use the versatile 120mm focal length and have a focus range from infinity to around two meters. a lightweight and extremely portable field camera for anything from landscape to environmental portraits. finished at just over three pounds.

the camera shown is the first of the four. it has fine aluminum powder mixed into the outer layer of resin over the carbon fiber to give it a rougher, metallic look. I'm honestly not a huge fan of the appearance of carbon fiber so two of these bodies have surface treatments that are meant to add a little aesthetic dimension. and two of the bodies are straight, black carbon fiber. they're all very pretty. more pictures coming.

the bodies will include two tripod mounting plates (horizontal/vertical) and an accessory shoe mount for an optical viewfinder or a strobe/slave.
